Volleyball Recap: Mckinney Boyd Picks Up Third Straight Win on the Road

McKinney Boyd lost to McKinney back in September, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Broncos walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Lions.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 19-25, 25-19, 25-17.

Despite the loss, McKinney still got an impressive performance from Madison Jones, who had ten digs and four assists. Jones has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

McKinney Boyd's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-16. As for McKinney, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-20.

The Broncos will take on Allen at 6:30 p.m. on Friday with a big rank disadvantage (111 vs. 4). Meanwhile, McKinney (ranked 144th) will meet Plano East (ranked 24th) at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
