It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but North County ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Northeast Eagles a 1-0 shutout. For North County, this counts as revenge for the 4-1 win Northeast walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2018.
