Brusly waltzed into their game on Saturday with 21 straight wins... but they left with 22. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 7-6 W against the Notre Dame Pioneers. Seven seems to be a good number for the Panthers as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

The team relied heavily on Abby David, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Zoe Fabre was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

Brusly's win bumped their record up to 26-3. As for Notre Dame, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 30-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brusly will square off against St. John at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Notre Dame, they will face off against Sulphur at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
