Regis Jesuit got themselves on the board against Valor Christian on Tuesday, but Valor Christian never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 11-0 win. With that victory, the Raiders brought their scoring average up to 6.4 runs per game.

Diesel Bernosky and Chase Massey did most of the damage at the plate: Bernosky scored a run while going 2-for-3, while Massey scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3. What's more, Massey posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. Gavin Cronin was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

The win made it two in a row for Regis Jesuit and bumps their season record up to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Valor Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Regis Jesuit will venture away from home to challenge Mullen at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last. As for Valor Christian, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Cherry Creek at 4:30 p.m. The Bruins will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
