Baseball Recap: Springfield Cougars vs. Lower Merion Aces
It may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Springfield ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Lower Merion Aces 4-3. For the Cougars, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Aces walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2025.

Springfield got a great performance from Nolan Dulski as he tossed 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. What's more, Dulski posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in May of 2025.
On the hitting side, Jake Lennon and Danny Meakim did most of the damage at the plate: Lennon went 2-for-5 with two runs and one stolen base, while Meakim went 2-for-5 with one stolen base and two RBI. Owen Keough was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs.
The win made it two in a row for Springfield and bumps their season record up to 9-4.
