Wapahani waltzed into their game on Saturday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came out on top against the Oak Hill Golden Eagles by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Raiders also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Kami Rivers paced Wapahani's offense, picking up seven kills. Rivers got some help from Caroline Huntzinger and her 26 assists. Nola Baker controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Wapahani's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Oak Hill, they now have a losing record of 5-6.

Coming up, Wapahani will venture away from home to challenge Yorktown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Tigers have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Oak Hill, they will be playing at home against Mississinewa at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Golden Eagles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
