Volleyball Recap: Six Straight Home Victories for Evanston

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Evanston walked away with it. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the St. Patrick Shamrocks 2-1. The win continues a trend for the Wildkits in their matchups with the Shamrocks: they've now won four in a row.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Evanston who won the one that mattered. The final score came out to 25-13, 23-25, 25-19.

Evanston pushed their record up to 18-18 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. As for St. Patrick, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-16.
