Volleyball Recap: Ossining Takes a Loss

Ossining was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to the Mahopac Wolf Pac. The Pride were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wolf Pac from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Ossining was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Mahopac work for it, especially in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 20-25, 28-26.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Mahopac to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lily Slizowski, who had 12 assists and ten digs. Those ten digs gave Slizowski a new career-high.

Ossining's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Mahopac, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-9.

As of now, neither Ossining nor the Wolf Pac have any future games scheduled.
