Baseball Recap: North Duplin Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for North Duplin's offense. They came up short against the Clinton Dark Horses on Thursday, falling 10-0. The Rebels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

North Duplin's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Clinton, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Looking ahead, North Duplin will host Neuse Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Clinton, they are taking a road trip to take on Richlands at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Clinton is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.5 runs per game this season.
