Soccer Game Preview: Farragut vs. Maryville

The Farragut Admirals are taking a road trip to take on the Maryville Red Rebels at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Farragut's last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Farragut is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Knoxville Catholic on Friday. The Admirals and the Fighting Irish finished up their match with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, Maryville's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They came up short against Hardin Valley Academy, falling 6-0. Colin Stringer was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Farragut's draw gives them a new season record of 8-2-1. As for Maryville, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5-1.
