Volleyball Recap: Cedar Comes Up Short

Cedar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Morgan Trojans.

Morgan found their leader in sophomore Caleb Stephens, who had 18 assists and three aces.

Cedar's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Morgan, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Looking ahead, Cedar will square off against Payson at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Payson will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Cedar surely won't give up without a fight. As for Morgan, they will take on Park City in a tournament on Saturday.
