With a playoff win on the line, Frankton rose to the challenge on Friday. They came out on top against the Lapel Bulldogs by a score of 61-49. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won 13 games in a row.

Brady Carmack continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double with 27 points and nine boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games he's played. Trey Bennett was another key player, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 11 rebounds.

Frankton was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They are 15-5 when they've passed the ball that well.

Lapel's loss came despite strong showings from Bode Judge and Brode B Judge. Judge shot 46% from the field en route to 18 points and five boards, while B Judge posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Devin Craig, who put up eight points.

Frankton's record now sits at 17-8. As for Lapel, the loss snapped their winning streak at 12 games and leaves them with a 18-6 record.

Frankton has already played their next contest, a 43-42 defeat against Tipton on the 8th. Lapel does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
