Soccer Recap: Ponderosa Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Ponderosa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Chaparral Wolverines. Ponderosa were not able to make up for their defeat to Chaparral from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Ponderosa's goal came courtesy of Cooper Benz, who's now up to three this season.

Ponderosa's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-1. As for Chaparral, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-10-4.

Coming up, Ponderosa will face off against Highlands Ranch at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Chaparral does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
