Basketball Recap: Tate Aggies vs. Aletheia Christian Academy Lions        
        
		
             Tate's game  last Tuesday was a  loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them  on Friday. They claimed a resounding  49-21 victory over the Aletheia Christian Academy Lions. The  win was a breath of fresh air for the Aggies as it put an end to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season.
 Leading Tate to victory were  Sam Williams and  Taylor Malone.  Williams  had 14 points, while  Malone  posted ten points. The dominant performance also gave  Malone a new career-high in  threes (two). Another player making a difference was  Brelynn Morris, who  scored eight points.
 Despite the loss, Aletheia Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from   Violet Martin, who  had 12 points along with three  steals. That was a full 57.1% of Aletheia Christian Academy's points, marking the third time in a row she's   earned  more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Bella Arey, who  posted two points plus six  steals and two  blocks.
 The  victory  got Tate back to even at 1-1. As for Aletheia Christian Academy,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 2-3.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tate will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Milton at 6:45  p.m.  on Monday. Aletheia Christian Academy also won't see the court for a while: their next  match is against South Baldwin Christian Academy at 5:30  p.m.  on December 6th.
