Clear Lake entered their tilt with Chetek-Weyerhaeuser on Tuesday with 12 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 13. They blew past the Bulldogs 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
Clear Lake never let Chetek-Weyerhaeuser on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-22, 25-12.
Abby Tibbetts paced Clear Lake's offense, picking up 18 kills. Tibbetts got some help from Ayla Monson and her 25 assists. Monson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
