The Cottondale Hornets came tearing into Friday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against Graceville by a score of 47-39. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Cottondale also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Cottondale was led to victory by Cole Reagan and Cameron Odom. Reagan scored 11 points, while Odom scored 12 points. The matchup was Odom's third in a row with at least ten points. Ahmad Stringer was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
