Onaga typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Frankfort proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Buffaloes, sneaking past 2-1. The game was the first time the Wildcats have beaten the Buffaloes on their court since September 30, 2023.

Frankfort had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-22, 25-21.

Frankfort's win ended a three-match drought on the road and puts them at 6-26. As for Onaga, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-11 record this season.
