Football Recap: John F. Kennedy Takes a Loss

John F. Kennedy extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 2-4. They were beaten by the Davenport Wolves 57-0. While losing is never fun, the Rockets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 1073rd, while the Wolves are ranked 115th).

As for Davenport, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by 38 points or more this season.

Barrett Fallon continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 111 yards and three scores on only six carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in each of the last eight games he's played dating back to last season. Zayden Garza was another key player, gaining 138 total yards and two touchdowns.
