Volleyball Recap: Terry's Run of Three Straight Wins Now Over

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Terry and Lamar Consolidated had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Rangers fell 3-1 to the Mustangs on Tuesday. The Rangers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-18, 19-25, 25-9, 25-22.

Terry moved to 6-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Lamar Consolidated, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

Coming up, Terry will head out to challenge Fort Bend Kempner at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lamar Consolidated, they will take on Marshall at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
