After losing to Hinsdale Adventist Academy the last time they met, Universal decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Stars snuck past the Hurricanes with a 2-1 victory on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Stars.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Universal got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 16-25, 25-18.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-7. As for Hinsdale Adventist Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Universal is set to square off against their familiar foe Aqsa at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Hinsdale Adventist Academy will take on their in-conference opponent Islamic Foundation at 6:00 p.m. on the 7th.
