Soccer Recap: Cumberland Triumphs

Cumberland's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They won by a goal and slipped past the Spooner Rails 2-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in September.

Cumberland's win bumped their record up to 4-5-2. As for Spooner, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-8-1.

Cumberland has already played their next contest, a 0-0 draw against Barron on the 7th. As for Spooner, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 4-1 defeat against Washburn on the 7th.
