Volleyball Recap: Corner Canyon Chargers vs. Mountain Ridge Sentinels
Corner Canyon faced Mountain Ridge in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Chargers came up short against the Sentinels, falling 3-0. The Chargers were not able to make up for their loss to the Sentinels from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.
The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19, 25-16.
Robert Muse paced Corner Canyon's offense, picking up eight kills. Muse got some help from Archer Burke and his 21 assists.
This is the second loss in a row for Corner Canyon and nudges their season record down to 8-6.
