Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Cardinals this season, with their most recent defeat being a 18-4 loss on Tuesday.

Byers' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Jumpertown, the victory snapped their losing streak at ten games and leaves them with a 2-11 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Jumpertown beat Byers by a score of 18-4 later that day.
