Basketball Recap: Kelloggsville Takes a Loss

Kelloggsville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They were dealt a 58-23 loss at the hands of the Zion Christian Mountaineers. The Rockets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Mountaineers from their previous meeting back in February of 2024.

Kelloggsville's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Zion Christian, their victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-6.

Kelloggsville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 42-41 win against Comstock Park on the 21st. As for Zion Christian, they will square off against Algoma Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Algoma Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Zion Christian surely won't give up without a fight.
