Berkeley not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 11th (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Piedmont Highlanders 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Yellowjackets in their matchups with the Highlanders: they've now won three in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-20, 25-11.

Berkeley's offense was headlined by Satchel Room and Leo Krause, who picked up 11 kills apiece. They got some help from Sebastian Chen-McDermott and his 19 assists. He was also solid from the service line: he led the team with four aces.

Berkeley's win bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Piedmont, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-18.

Coincidentally, Berkeley and Piedmont will both be playing Castro Valley the next time they take the court. The Highlanders will host the Trojans at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, while the Yellowjackets will head out to face them at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
