Soccer Game Preview: West Bladen vs. Hoke County

The West Bladen Knights will square off against the Hoke County Bucks at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. West Bladen's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

West Bladen fell victim to Midway and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous four contests, Hoke County brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They never let Douglas Byrd get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Wednesday. The win was some much needed relief for Hoke County as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Hoke County's victory bumped their record up to 6-12. As for West Bladen, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12-3.
