Preview: Brattleboro Bears vs. Windsor Yellowjackets

The Brattleboro Bears will be playing in front of their home fans against the Windsor Yellowjackets at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brattleboro is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home.

Brattleboro suffered their closest defeat yet this season on Saturday. They fell just short of Monadnock by a score of 53-51.

Brattleboro's defeat came about despite a quality game from Keagan Systo, who scored 22 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Systo has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Johnathon Haskins, who scored nine points.

Meanwhile, Windsor's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a hard 56-39 fall against Fair Haven.

Brattleboro has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Windsor, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

Brattleboro didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Windsor in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, but they still walked away with a 63-58 victory. Will Brattleboro repeat their success, or does Windsor have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
