Softball Recap: Castor Takes a Loss

Castor fell victim to Quitman and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Wolverines, falling 15-0. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Wolverines recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Castor's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Quitman, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-3.

Coming up, Castor will venture away from home to take on Weston at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Quitman, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 4-1 loss against Ruston on the 14th.
