Basketball Game Preview: Trinity Christian Tigers vs. Chilton Christian Academy Patriots

The Trinity Christian Tigers will square off against the Chilton Christian Academy Patriots at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Trinity Christian will be strutting in after a victory while Chilton Christian Academy will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with seven defeats in a row dating back to last season, Trinity Christian turned things around against First Assembly Christian on Tuesday. They walked away with a 51-39 win over the Lions. The Tigers' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Chilton Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt an 80-34 defeat at the hands of Brooklane Baptist. The Patriots were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 54-19.

Trinity Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for Chilton Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 5-7.

Trinity Christian came up short against Chilton Christian Academy in their previous meeting back in January of 2024, falling 59-49. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Chilton Christian Academy's Cayman Hamilton, who went 13 of 22 on his way to 35 points and eight boards.
