Basketball Recap: David Neaves' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Christ Chapel Academy over Northern Virginia Homeschool

Christ Chapel Academy lost against Northern Virginia HomeSchool back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Christ Chapel Academy fell 60-49 to the Northern Virginia HomeSchool Centurions. Christ Chapel Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Christ Chapel Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being David Neaves, who posted 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Richaun Martin, who put up 13 points.

Christ Chapel Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Northern Virginia HomeSchool, their victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-5.

Christ Chapel Academy will challenge Fredericksburg V at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Christ Chapel Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.1 points per game this season. As for Northern Virginia HomeSchool, they will square off against Fairfax HomeSchool at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Fairfax HomeSchool will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Northern Virginia HomeSchool surely won't give up without a fight.
