Basketball Game Preview: DSST: Cedar Falcons vs. Holy Family Tigers

Having just played yesterday, the DSST: Cedar Falcons will jump right back in to play the Holy Family Tigers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

DSST: Cedar is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Jefferson Academy 39-36.

Meanwhile, Holy Family humbled Coal Ridge with a 70-36 victory. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 26 points or more this season.

DSST: Cedar has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a massive bump to their 16-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.1 points on average over those games. The win made it two in a row for Holy Family and bumps their season record up to 15-8.
