Basketball Game Preview: New Glarus Glarner Knights vs. Turner Trojans

The New Glarus Glarner Knights and the Turner Trojans will round out the year against one another at at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in New Glarus' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last five contests.

Last Saturday, New Glarus narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Dodgeville 71-69.

Meanwhile, Turner ended up a good deal behind Edgerton on Friday and lost 60-46. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 332nd, while the Crimson Tide are ranked 123rd).

Turner has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for New Glarus, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
