Titus Collins gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Tuesday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out nine batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off two hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
