Softball Game Preview: Eagle's View Warriors vs. Sandalwood Saints

The Eagle's View Warriors will face off against the Sandalwood Saints at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Eagle's View has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the contest with 12 straight defeats, while Sandalwood will come in with three straight wins.

Friday just wasn't the day for Eagle's View's offense. They lost 20-0 to Harvest Community on Friday.

Meanwhile, Sandalwood hadn't done well against Mandarin recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Saints came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 9-5.

Sydney Gwinn was excellent, going 1-for-3 with three runs, two RBI, and one double. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2025. Another player making a difference was Leelee Gwinn, who went 2-for-5 with three RBI and one double.

Eagle's View's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Sandalwood, their victory bumped their record up to 10-5.
