Basketball Recap: St. Joseph Takes a Loss

St. Joseph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 67-39 loss at the hands of the Pleasantville Greyhounds. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Greyhounds apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

St. Joseph's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Pleasantville, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3.

St. Joseph and Winslow Township will face off at 5:15 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. As for Pleasantville, they will challenge Lower Cape May at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
