Wesley Chapel and Pasco are an even 5-5 against one another since March of 2021, but likely not for long. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wesley Chapel is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.2 runs per game this season.

Wesley Chapel fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Steinbrenner on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 11-10.

Madisen Stewart was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring two runs while going 2-for-5. Kendall McCants was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-5.

Meanwhile, Pasco won against Central on Wednesday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Pirates came out on top in a nail-biter against Gulf, sneaking past 4-2. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Buccaneers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Wesley Chapel's defeat dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Pasco, their victory bumped their record up to 5-9.

Everything went Wesley Chapel's way against Pasco in their previous matchup back in February, as Wesley Chapel made off with a 14-3 win. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Pirates have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
