Recap: Logos Prep Academy Lions vs. Bay Area Christian Broncos
The Logos Prep Academy Lions's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fifth straight loss. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 58-57 to Bay Area Christian. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (56), Logos Prep Academy still had to take the loss.
Several Lions players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Caleb Sedgwick, who scored 21 points along with five assists and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kyle Ratliff, who scored 20 points.
Logos Prep Academy's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Bay Area Christian, their win bumped their record up to 5-10.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Legacy Prep Christian Academy the next time they take the court. Logos Prep Academy will host Legacy Prep Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Bay Area Christian will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th.
