Fowlerville is a perfect 10-0 against St. Johns since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Gladiators will welcome the Redwings at 4:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Fowlerville is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 13 runs on Thursday, they were much more limited against Waverly on Monday. They lost 10-2 to the Warriors.

Fowlerville got a good showing from Bailey Armstrong, who struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.

At the plate, Fowlerville saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Avery Borg, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Meanwhile, St. Johns was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Eaton Rapids, falling 15-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Redwings were not able to get on the board.

Fowlerville's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for St. Johns, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Fowlerville took their victory against St. Johns in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 11-3 score. Will the Gladiators repeat their success, or do the Redwings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
