Softball Recap: Sacred Heart Wins Going Away Against Oak Hill

Sacred Heart won the last time they faced Oak Hill and things went their way on Friday too. The Sacred Heart Trojans put the hurt on the Oak Hill Rams with a sharp 22-1 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Trojans.

Sacred Heart got a massive performance out of Emily Ardoin, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Layla Fontenot, who scored two runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

Sacred Heart's record is now 2-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sacred Heart will face off against West Feliciana at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Oak Hill, they will challenge Evans at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
