Basketball Recap: Moorestown Friends Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Moorestown Friends had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They walked away with a 55-43 win over the Maple Shade Wildcats. This was a revenge game for the Foxes: when they faced off against the Wildcats back in January, they had to take a 44-31 defeat.

Moorestown Friends' victory bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Maple Shade, they dropped their record down to 4-11 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Moorestown Friends is taking a road trip to take on Riverside at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Moorestown Friends is facing Riverside at the right time seeing as Riverside is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Maple Shade, they will square off against Buena at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
