Basketball Game Preview: Frontenac Raiders vs. Anderson County Bulldogs

The Frontenac Raiders will take on the Anderson County Bulldogs in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Last Tuesday, Frontenac came up short against Riverton and fell 62-52. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Anderson County also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Burlington by a score of 65-56.

Frontenac will have to keep a close watch on Brayden Wheat and Noah Porter, a pair of players who had a big impact on Anderson County's prior game. Wheat went 7 for 15 on his way to 21 points, while Porter dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten boards. The game was Porter's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aidan Steele, who posted six points.

Anderson County's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Frontenac, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
