Soccer Recap: Pebblebrook Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tri-Cities, Pebblebrook was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let Drew onto the board and left with a 2-0 win. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Falcons were the better team in the second half.

Ashandy Galeana and Jasmin Castillo scored both of Pebblebrook's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Pebblebrook's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Drew, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Pebblebrook will face off against Groves at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Drew, they will take on McEachern at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
