Los Altos typically has all the answers at home, but on Wednesday Gunn proved too difficult a challenge. They had just enough and edged out the Eagles 3-2. This was a revenge game for the Titans: when they faced off against the Eagles back in March, they had to take a 3-2 loss.

Gunn had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 23-25, 23-25, 25-16, 25-23, 15-7.

Gunn is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for Los Altos, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-6.

Gunn wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Wilcox on the 2nd. As for Los Altos, they have also already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Mountain View on the 2nd.
