Soccer Recap: Heritage Christian Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Heritage Christian managed to keep up with Indian Trail until halftime on Monday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Patriots came up short against the Hawks, falling 8-2. While losing is never fun, Heritage Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 166th, while Indian Trail are ranked 46th).

Heritage Christian's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-8-1. As for Indian Trail, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2-1 record this season.

Heritage Christian will head out on the road to square off against Lake Country Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Indian Trail, they will host Racine Park at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
