If McLouth wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Valley Falls, they should've done a better job of containing Collin Kearney. The Dragons simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Bulldogs 79-47 for which the team can thank Kearney, who dropped a double-double with 32 points and 12 rebounds. The contest was his fourth in a row with at least 17 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Damian Cervantez, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and ten assists. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 2.4 steals per game.

Valley Falls' victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for McLouth, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Valley Falls wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 79-46 win against Santa Fe Trail on the 5th. As for McLouth, they have also already played their next game, a 64-63 victory against Atchison County on the 5th.
