Baseball Game Preview: Springdale Dynamos vs. Apollo Ridge Vikings

The Springdale Dynamos will take on the Apollo Ridge Vikings at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Springdale is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 9.2 runs per game this season.

Last Tuesday, Springdale was able to grind out a solid win over Brentwood, taking the game 10-7.

The team relied heavily on Luke Bramson, who got on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Cameron Orait also deserves some recognition as he scored his first runs of the season.

Meanwhile, Apollo Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of South Side.

Springdale's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Apollo Ridge, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
