Basketball Recap: Prairie Lea Takes a Loss

Prairie Lea was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 45-32 to the Nordheim Pirates. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-43 back in January.

Prairie Lea's defeat dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Nordheim, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-12 record this season.

Prairie Lea will take on Austwell-Tivoli at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Prairie Lea is facing Austwell-Tivoli at the right time seeing as Austwell-Tivoli is stuck on a five-game losing streak. Nordheim has already played their next contest (against Waelder), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
