Volleyball Game Preview: Tri-City Christian vs. John Yowell Academy Panthers

After both having extra time off, Tri-City Christian and the John Yowell Academy Panthers will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. John Yowell Academy took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Tri-City Christian, who comes in off a win.

Tri-City Christian made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Winston Salem Christian, but they still couldn't quite topple them. Tri-City Christian put the hurt on Winston Salem Christian with a sharp 3-0 win on Wednesday.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-18, 25-10.

Meanwhile, John Yowell Academy came up short against Tri-City Christian last Wednesday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-5, 25-8.

John Yowell Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Tri-City Christian, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Everything went Tri-City Christian's way against John Yowell Academy when the teams last played last Wednesday, as Tri-City Christian made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tri-City Christian since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
