Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Centennial). They never let the Bakersfield Drillers get on the board and left with an 18-0 victory on Wednesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Golden Hawks considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Alex Andersen was a standout: she went a perfect 4-for-4 with six RBI, one run, and one double. Those six RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Leah Barboza, who scored three runs while going 4-for-4.

Centennial was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .483. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
