Basketball Recap: Sheldon Comes Up Short

Sheldon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley NIGHTHAWKS and fell 66-14. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Orabs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 77-32 back in December of 2024.

Sheldon's loss dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley, the win (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 14-1.

Sheldon has already played their next matchup, a 66-14 defeat against Rock Valley on the 31st. As for Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 65-43 victory against MOC-Floyd Valley on the 4th.
